The space

The first level has a queen size bed and it's own full bathroom.

The second (main level) has another room with a queen bed and a twin bed and its own full bathroom. The second level leads to the outdoor deck on one side of the house and the other side, in the back yard, has a sitting area and hot tub.

The 3rd level is the master suite and has a king size bed, large walk in closet, heated floors in the luxurious full bathroom and its own deck.

Guest access

Guests can access all areas of the house besides two doors that are locked on the first level. However, please contact hosts if you would like access or are interested in the wines in the wine room.

Additional notes

The house is fully stocked with just about everything you could need for cooking and entertaining!

Neighborhood overview

From this property you are just a minute from Main Street. You can walk outside the house and down the stairs to the amazing, quaint, romantic and incredible Italian restaurant, Grappa. You can walk through the streets and find yourself on amazing trails with epic views. It's truly a magical setting and location.

Coming to ski? The house is located directly at the top of Park Avenue which is a quick walk down the stairs to Main Street. The town lift, for Park City Mountain, is located at the bottom of Main Street. It’s about a 5 to 10 minute walk, roughly 300 - 400 yards.

When you are ready to come back to the house there is a cat track that takes you along the ridge to an area above the house. From there you walk down the stairs and end up at the front door.

If you are going to one of the other mountains, Canyons or Deer Valley, The lift shuttle is at the bottom of the stairs right down on Main Street.

The house is in a great location for easy ski access and for walking distance to bars and restaurants on Main.

Getting around

While you can walk everywhere in this neighborhood, you'll also find easy access to shuttles and Ubers and Lyfts are always near by.
